Debate category is not saved correctly

When editing the information of a debate created previously (already existing), category that had been assigned this debate disappears. If you do not realise about this bug and publish the changes, this debate would not not show the pre-assigned category before editing the general information of the debate (title, description, instructions to participate, schedule). v. 0.15.2
