The initiative created with a sub-scope, when it is managed, is assigned the general scope

Imagine some scopes for one type of initiative. Where it can be promoted at the neighborhood level and at the city level. The promoter decides to choose at the neighborhood level (sub-domain) when creating it. When the participant goes to the Configuration Panel (before the technical validation) and goes to the "Information" section, he / she will see how the Decidim Scope is now the generic one and not the one at the neighborhood level. If you update the information (because you don't realize it) the required votes will automatically be assigned to that scope level. Video with demonstration (https://imgur.com/pU6tVlL): 1- The participant has to collect with his initiative a maximum of 500 signatures (sub-scope) 2- Update the information with the general scope (it's set by default). 3- Signatures go up, since now the initiative is at the city level (generic)
