    Budgets - Voting results
    After the budgeting voting ends, there is currently no indication what happens after that (before the results are added which may take some time). It would be useful to implement the following changes in the component to better indicate the voting results after the results become visible: - Add ability to configure the sort order of the budgets. After the results are published, generally the projects should be ordered by the amount of votes each project collected. - Add a checkbox for the projects which allows admins to mark if that project proceeds to implementation or is selected by the default vote. Note that in some cases this selection cannot be done automatically which is why it needs to be configurable per project. Then in the listing, the projects that are marked for implementation, should be somehow highlighted and a text should be displayed next to it, e.g. "This project will be implemented". This text should also be visible on the project page.

    Dynamic multifield sections do not currently work correctly with IE11
    The `` tag used in various dynamic multifield forms in Decidim does not function properly in IE11. When used in IE11, the contents of the `` element are interpreted to be inside the form itself. Therefore, this may break in case the `` tag appears inside a form element.     Allow defining static page content using the content blocks
    Currently the static page content is only defined by a single text field. There may be much more complex use cases for the static page contents such as showing a combination of hero image, content section, video, process listing, etc. on a single page. I suggest to make the content blocks feature applicable to the static pages as it is currently applied for the home page. This would allow a much more flexible way of defining the content for the static content pages. If this is accepted implemented, also the following should be considered before implementation: https://meta.decidim.org/processes/roadmap/f/122/proposals/14370 Especially on static content pages, I would believe there would be a need to have multiple blocks of the same type.

    Allow adding multiple same type of content blocks on page
    Currently the home page allows defining the content using the customizable or domain specific content blocks. Some of these blocks are by nature designed so that they should only appear on the page once but there is no reason why this restriction exists for some of the blocks. Generally the type of blocks that could appear multiple times are those that allow the user to define the content for them. This includes currently: - The hero image - HTML block The users might want to add multiple hero images or multiple HTML blocks (or multiple other types of customizable blocks) on the content pages. Therefore, it should be possible to do so from the UI.
