Avatar doesn't get changed

Avatar doesn't get changed when added a new one in the user profile. I tried to delete it first then upload a new image, but it is shown always the old one.

Add a comment's extract in its notification email

The notification emails don't have any other text than the author and the title of the comment their are related to (and the web link to it). I propose they contain part (at least) of the comment/proposal so we can judge whether we want to go straight to the web or not. This is, to have some more info on the notification and give it a better answer.
