New proposal at Propose new functionalities for Decidim software
Add versioning to initiatives
Once sent to technical validation, admin has full control over the initiative content. We think it's crucial to add the versioning feature proposals currently have to track change on : - Title - Description - Dates - Signature type - Promoting committee member - etc. Belgium Federal State would fund this.

Private notes for initiatives
Initiatives are moderated a priori by the admins. As an admin I might want to contact the author(s) to ask for more info before publishing or when setting the date collection period. As of today I can go to the user profile and start a conversation but I might be lacking the context of the petition to have an efficient conversation + if there are several authors (promotion committee) I cannot start a group conversation so I have to contact them all separately. The proposal here is to mimick the proposal "private note feature" to allow for these conversations to happen. Checkout mockup in joint image. Belgium Federal State would fund this.

Add two CTA option to "finish" step of initiatives
We propose adding the following CTA buttons to this screen (see mockup attached) : - "Continue editing my initiative" which would direct the user to the /edit of his just created initiative in admin - "Send to technical validation" which would trigger a browser modal saying "If you click OK you will no longer be able to edit your initiative", if the user clics on OK he is redirected to the initiative index We found the 2 current options quite limitating especially "Go to my initiatives" which requires the user to find his just created petition in /admin/initiatives to send it to technical validation. This can be quite frustrating when the promoting comittee is disabled and the user don't have further actions to complete. OSP would fund this.

Add step title to process header phase of initiatives
Most users don't understand what these date stand for. We propose adding a step title : "Signature collection period" OSP would be funding this.

Basic socio-demographic data on participants
As an admin I need to collect basic socio demographic information on participants. I need this data in order to perform statistical analysis of my participatory processes : - Which neighbourhood were represented - Gender balance - Age balance This demand is getting recurrent from public institutions who want to know who they reaching and how they can adjust their outreach effort. Type of fields that are asked for most often - Age - Gender - Address There are many possible ways to do this and the task is threefold : - Choose where to add the fields - Encrypt in the database the personal data collected (using : https://github.com/decidim/decidim/blob/master/decidim-core/lib/decidim/attribute_encryptor.rb) - Making this data available for stats. ## Where to locate the fields : First option available but that we are not really happy with is : Adding fields directly on the sign up form, here is an example contribuez.conventioncitoyennepourleclimat.fr Second option that would be more elegant is : Using a custom authorization handler to which we redirect the user right after signup. This allows to activate or deactivate the form on any organization of a multi-tenant instance. Third options would be a combining an authorization to a decidim-form so that the admin can easily personnalise the info asked to the user. ## Where to make the data available ? - Intuitively one would add these fields as new columns to the exports available in admin (proposals, debates, comments) but that works when the content where created by a unique author. What about proposal that have multiple authors (collaborative drafts, amendments) or even proposal that were created by a user group. - Another idea is to display the data as a detailed view of the participant stat that is calculated at the participatory space level Happy to discuss this with all of you as I know it's been a tricky subject for all of us.

Enable configs for omniauth providers at the org level
This feature aims to enhance the capabilities of the multi-tenant mode of Decidim. Currently when using multi-tenant, the omniauth config you have for social providers (or other SSO) are made for the whole installation and are shared by all orgs. Problem is organizations have different hosts and you can only declare one call back with the social providers. As a super admin (meaning I have access to /system) I want to be able to manage my omniauth configuration where I create and edit the organizations. For each orgs should be available : - All the providers (activated on the installation) and the necessary fieds to set them up ( clients id and client secret) - As all the orgs on the same install won't want to activate all the omniauth connectors I'll need a checkbox to activate them one by one so that they display on the sign in and sign up page (and the modals). Alternatively if config fields are not filled the app could understand that it shouldn't activate them.

Configuration option for initiative type to desactivate comments
Would be nice to add a checkbox on the initiative type configuration page in admin order to disable comments.
