Consultation about user verification criteria

Below is a proposal of 1 criterion that can be used (it is sufficient to comply with some of them individually) to determine which members of the community can be verified and therefore participate in decision making.You can vote YES or NO to each criterion separately. Each criterion includes the description and indicators: ways to verify that the criterion is met.In case of having any suggestion of improvement / contribution that can be made through the comments. As the discussion develops, we will consider if we include it and, therefore, modify the criteria or not.At the end of the consultation we will know if these criteria are accepted or not.When the criteria are finally accepted, the verification process will begin.For this there will be a Verification Committee that will be responsible for managing the verification requests of each participant.Criterion 4: Development of the platform Question: Do you think that the contribution to the development of the platform should be a verification criterion? Description: Anyone who has collaborated virtually with the project Decidim Indicators: To assess whether the candidate to be verified by the verification committee will take into account the following indicators to satisfy this criterion:Any person who, without fulfilling the prerequisites, can demonstrate significant contributions to the project or their community (for example in GitHub Decidim or Crowdin Decidim).

Given the need to make decisions regarding the governance of the Community in a democratic way, the question of verification emerges. On the one hand, we seek to confirm that the identity of each of the profiles of www.meta.decidim.org corresponds to only one participant. And also ensure that those people who have contributed to the Decidim project in all its scope can exercise their right to decide.
