Initiatives that do not collect signatures

Currently when creating an initiative type the default value for signature type is "Online". The Belgian Federal State parliament for initiative allows for citizens to create an initiative that do not gather signatures. I have 2 ideas of how we could solve this : - Make the default value a blank value, if left like this then this initiative type will not collect signatures, the jauge would be hidden and so on - Instead of a dropdown menu make signature types configuration a checkbox item where the admin can activate one by one online signatures, in person, no signature (cannot check the 2 others when checked
