Feedback form for more actions (PB vote, proposal...)

The new Election module has a function called Election feedback form. This is a feature that would be useful to a lot of cities in a lot of different processes.

Just left an idea in a Proposals component? Just voted in a Budgets component? Just published an initiative? It would be great to be able to show a link to a feedback survey after all these actions.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'm not sure about the best approach if we want to make this truly modular and scalable. Adding a feedback form button everywhere is not super elegant.

Maybe we could use the new form templates? Admins would create the form as a template and could select it as a feedback form in the settings of the component.

This way, a single form template could be called from many components, from different spaces and the configuration would be central.

Describe alternatives you've considered

It would also be OK to tackle it one component at a time. Most cities we know want it right after a budget vote, some others after leaving a proposal.

Does this issue could impact on users private data?

Should feedback forms be tied to the content created just before (vote, proposal)? Most probably no and that should be made clear to the user as well so they feel confident leaving honest feedback.
