Current tenant shows verifiers that aren't enabled on multi tenant system

1. What went wrong? I create a new tenant on a multi tenant system. I enabled one verifier of the three available. But in backoffice of the tenant appears all of them. 2. What did you expect to happen? I expected only see the verifier enabled in that tenant in the backoffice. 3. Where did you find this bug? Multi tenant system. It appears on the backoffice of the tenant. I doesn't appear on user interface (user can't verify by the verifiers that were not enabled). 4. More info In this multitenant we have tenants that have enabled the other two verifiers. It seems like the bug of https://github.com/decidim/decidim/issues/3910
