5. Accountability

Accountability 1. The Executive Directorate is accountable to the Coordination Committee on a regular basis. At least one person from the Directorate shall attend CC meetings to share the work done by the Technical Office. 2. The Executive Directorate must report to the General Assembly of the Association at least once a year, sharing the efforts and results of the past year and articulating progress on the current strategic approach for the Association. 3. The Executive Directorate shall consult with the Coordination Committee on those decisions that - by their nature - are considered strategic. 4. The Executive Directorate shall draw up an Annual Report of activities to be published on the Association's official channels.
