Diary:

1.- Update subsidies

• Pending the money from the City Council, otherwise we will have to activate advance subsidies from Coop57 (Maite)
• Look how we are doing in the treasury (Maite)
• Gene: we need a document that we are up to date with the payment of taxes and provide it at your request. Facto prepares documentation because we need to present the 2019 and 2020 corporate tax.
  
  

2.- Meeting with related associations

• Decidim, Ars Games, Digital Fems, Heuristics.
• The other 3 associations know consultants that can do the job of finding funds

• It is said that it may be worth paying about €70 a month for search and grant management
• Deadline: one week to write to these people.

3.- Closure of the decidim.org website

• Carol and Andrés close it between today and tomorrow (the texts).
• They will pass it through the committee group and the association group to review. There will be a rss campaign

4.- Interviews with legal persons

• It considers what to do with the companies that up to now have not billed anything with Decidim, whether to inform them in advance that they will have to make a contribution on the billing forecast.
• It is decided that it is a better idea that those who start do not have to pay the first year, although they can contribute by other means independent of billing
• Andrés, Núria and Silvia will write the draft text to put it in the email that is sent.
• Meetings/Calls: Friday morning June 10-17 and July 1, 12-1pm (Ángela, Núria, Silvia, Carol).
  
  

5.- Strategic Plan

• In the short term (week of 6/6) we will meet with Fran (in principle Bru and Maite) to learn the methodologies and then each one will be able to make their contributions.
• We will also have to define the in-person meetings that will be necessary (at least one at the beginning and another at the end).
• The idea would be to arrive with a fairly developed proposal at the October assembly.
