Decidim offers a powerful solution to facilitate inclusive and collaborative decision-making. This workshop aims to provide participants with hands-on experience and practical insights on leveraging Decidim to streamline and democratize AI procurement processes.

2. Hands-on Exercise: Creating an AI Procurement Workflow in Decidim
- Participants will work in groups to design a sample AI procurement workflow in Decidim.

- Presentation and analysis of real-world examples where there is automated procurement and more ethical procurement and perhaps participatory procurement practices.
