Nesta palestra relâmpago, quero contar a história de como os conceitos e práticas de Governança Colaborativa do Movimento FeliciLab, se integram às PLANTAformas do Movimento Cosmotécnicas Amazônicas, e embaladas por sonhos comuns de inclusão com Coletivos Digitais e confluências de baobáxias e mucuas nas terras pretas da Rede Mocambos, resultando na proposição de uma Frente pela Soberania Digital.

A Governança Colaborativa implementada pelo FeliciLab é realizada por meio de políticas digitais, possibilitando novas dinâmicas de colaboração em rede na elaboração, desenvolvimento e monitoramento das políticas públicas. Este processo começa com a pessoa cidadã, que apresenta suas dores, que são acolhidas para a tomada de decisões que orientam a prática das pessoas trabalhadoras. Todo esse processo é analisado por especialistas, que apontam indicadores dos resultados.

No Movimento Plantaformas, as pessoas podem participar e decidir sobre diferentes tópicos, através dos espaços que vê no menu superior: Processos, Reuniões, Iniciativas, Consultas. Dentro de cada um, encontram diferentes opções para participar: fazer propostas - individualmente ou com outras pessoas -, participar em debates, priorizar projetos a serem implementados, participar em reuniões presenciais e outras ações.

A Frente pela Soberania Digital é uma iniciativa política de pessoas e coletivos, que desde os seus territórios, estão construindo, de forma colaborativa e comunitária, a sua própria soberania. A discussão a ser feita não é sobre internet, dados ou códigos, mas sobre propósito e cosmovisão, sobre identidade de ser e estar convivendo nesse mundo hiperconectado digitalmente.

No Decidim Fest, queremos apresentar este combo de modelo de governança, ação política, boas práticas, conceito, proposta e ação em rede.

Convocando todes a se organizarem em seus territórios e juntos enfrentarmos o domínio nocivo das bigtechs com generosidade, colaboração em rede, conhecimento aberto e muito amor no coração.

Title: Front for Digital Sovereignty: Decidim as a platform for Collaborative Governance

Description: In this lightning talk, I want to tell the story of how the concepts and practices of Collaborative Governance from the FeliciLab Movement integrate with the PLANTAformas of the Amazon Cosmotechnics Movement, and wrapped by common dreams of inclusion with Digital Collectives and confluences of baobáxias and mucuas in the black lands of the Mocambos Network, resulting in the proposition of a Front for Digital Sovereignty.

The Collaborative Governance implemented by FeliciLab is carried out through digital policies, enabling new dynamics of network collaboration in the elaboration, development, and monitoring of public policies. This process begins with the citizen, who presents their pains, which are welcomed for decision-making that guides the practice of workers. This entire process is analyzed by specialists, who point out indicators of the results.

In the Plantaformas Movement, people can participate and decide on different topics, through the spaces they see in the top menu: Processes, Meetings, Initiatives, Consultations. Within each one, they find different options to participate: make proposals - individually or with other people -, participate in debates, prioritize projects to be implemented, participate in face-to-face meetings, and other actions.

The Front for Digital Sovereignty is a political initiative of people and collectives, who from their territories, are building their own sovereignty collaboratively and communally. The discussion to be had is not about the internet, data, or codes, but about purpose and worldview, about the identity of being and co-living in this digitally hyperconnected world.

At Decidim Fest, we want to present this combo of policy, practice, concept, proposal, and network action. We call on everyone to organize in their territories and together face the harmful dominance of big tech with generosity, network collaboration, open knowledge, and a lot of love in their hearts.
