En aquesta sessió, donarem inici a la nova fase del procés del full de ruta i convertirem les orientacions estratègiques triades per la comunitat en propostes de funcions que guiaran el treball de desenvolupament per al pròxim cicle.
-Orientacions estratègiques i dinàmica (10 min)
Presentarem breument les orientacions estratègiques més votades i explicarem com treballarem entorn d'elles avui.
-Treball en grup per orientacions (55 min)
Els participants es dividiran en grups, un per cada orientació estratègica.
Començarem reflexionant:
Quan aconseguim aquesta direcció estratègica, Decidim serà diferent perquè...
A continuació, passarem a redactar propostes de característiques que puguin fer-la realitat.
Es fomenta la coautoria, treballin junts per a combinar diferents perspectives!

In this session, we’ll kick-off the new phase of the roadmap process and turn the strategic directions chosen by the community into feature proposals that will guide the development work for the coming cycle.

We’ll briefly introduce the top-voted strategic directions and explain how we’ll work around them today.- -
