1/ Plugging secure voting into Decidim: A live demo of Vocdoni voting module
Speaker: Ferran Reyes, Vocdoni
We’ll demo and live-test our secure, end-to-end verifiable voting module. Unlike opaque, centralized and insecure systems, it offers transparency, verifiability and stronger privacy, enabling anyone to run trustworthy voting processes directly in Decidim. We’ll introduce our background in digital voting, showcase the module and how it can be integrated on Decidim, and outline next steps for both the module and the new protocol.
Language of the session: English
2/ Decidim on WhatsApp
Speaker: Hadrien Froger, Octree
We will present our proof of concept for a WhatsApp chatbot for Decidim, made for the Jamiihub participation hub in Tanzania. This work is a collaboration between Octree and the Norwegian Church Aid.

3/ Goodbye consultations, hello elections and corporate governance! Two powerful modules to run your voting processes
Speaker: Pau Parals, Pokecode
With the deprecation of the Consultations module in v0.27, Decidim enters a new phase. Thanks to support from the Decidim Association, Comuns, Som Connexió, and Som Energia, we present the new Elections and Governance module -a powerful duo to run complex, real-world elections from v0.31. This 10-minute live demo will show how to set up elections with features like vote delegation, weighting, and transparent results—tailored for cooperatives and the social economy

4/Volunteer Recruitment and Management Platform Powered by Decidim
Speaker: Artur Szpojankowski, Eversis
What if Decidim could do more than participation—what if it could redefine the way communities collaborate for lasting social impact? We took it a step further. Together with the City of Warsaw, we've transformed Decidim into a platform that enables NGOs, volunteers, cities, and government organizations to seamlessly coordinate people and volunteer projects.
We propose a session presenting a modular platform built on top of Decidim, designed to support the end-to-end management of volunteer engagement and collaboration with organizations.
