Changes at "Decidim on WhatsApp"

Description:
We will present our proof of concept for a WhatsApp chatbot for Decidim, made for the Jamiihub participation hub in Tanzania.
This work is a collaboration between Octree and the Norwegian Church Aid.

• A short demo

Target Audience:
This presentation won't assume any previous knowledge or level of experience. We will talk a bit about technical aspect, but that won't be the main focus.
