Unable to change Categories on proposals

Trying to change Categories (to add in fact) for several proposals (they had none assigned before) on a process hosted on decidim.coterrats.com: - After selecting the proposal, "Actions" botom appears (this botom used to be always visible on other functionalities) - The option "Change Categories" is shown. - Possible Categories are listed, but none can't be selected.
