Consultation icon does not display correctly on Notifications

1. When receiving a notification related to a consultation question (e.g. comment reply inside a consultation question comment section) the consultation icon is incorrect. 2. I expect the correct icon to display normally, within the icon-box, with appropriate color and size. 3. I found this bug on Meta.decidim.org v.0.13
