Multiple authorship is lost when collaborative draft is published

1. When a collaborative draft is published it only maintains the first authors, the rest are lost. 2. I expect all co-authors of the draft to appear in the author-list of the draft, it otherwise makes no sense to write it collaboratively. 3.
