Wrong calculation of the % of achievement when using "accountability"

The calculated average of different % of achievement is wrong. It is an addition of every achievement, not an average. It seems like it is not only an issue of making the average of different % in the 0.16 version. You can found the GH issue here: https://github.com/OpenSourcePolitics/decidim/issues/500 We are ready to work on this issue.
