Stats for processes: Participants

The metric of participants must be calculated from: Participants (calculated from unique users who have performed any of these actions): Create a proposal (problems) Create a debate Answer a survey Leave a comment Give support to a proposal (problems) Endorse Vote a participatory budgeting project Currently, if a proposal is official (the proposal is from the organization and not from a user), the participants that support the official proposal are not considered as participants in the participants metrics. The behavior that I hope is that even if the proposal is official, the participants will be counted in the corresponding metric.
