Delete the "Default steps settings" when configuring an Assembly component

When configuring an assembly component, the administrator can still configure "Default Step Settings" although steps don't exist in Assemblies. To Reproduce : Go to Assemblies in the administration panel Click on an Assembly Click on 'Components' Click on the 'Configure" icon of one of the available components Scroll down to 'Default step settings' See error Would it be possible to delete this field in all the assemblies components? It creates confusion in the admin mind when the global and default step settings are both filled, because when the default step settings is filled, the general don't show up on the user platform.
