E-mail service on instances is not working

After configuring the SMTP e-mail service on the system for an instance of the multitenant and then testing the mail: Notification emails are not being sent and the newsletter is not being sent.

It seems like it was a problem with this configuration in a given moment in time. Configuring SMTP is always a lot of trial and error, at least for me it doesn't always work at the first time.
I'm seeing that there are 10K users in that instance now, so we should close this issue as it isn't a bug in the generic software, right?
Yes, this is an error related to the specific configuration of that instance. Moreover this instance is not working now, so we can close this.
