Error in configuration limit of files to be uploaded in the process of user validation by DNI
In multitenance environment version 0.19-stable does not allow to modify the upload size for the images of the user validation process by DNI.
In the file /config/initializaters/decidim.rb is configured the parameter config.maximum_attachment_size = 5.megabytes
the nginx server is correctly configured with the client_max_body_size 5M parameter;
