Tool tip text displayed with tags on "Visit URL" link

On "Global Moderation" section from admin dashboard, the tool tip for "Visit URL" text contains tags.
Steps:
- Login as admin and go to Admin dashboard
- Create a meeting and report it from the interface
- Go to global moderation
- Check the tool tip.
Expected: The text is centered and the HTML tags are not visible.
Actual: The text is not centered and HTML tags are visible
