Error relating proposal to budget projects

Describe the bug
Not able to relate a proposal to a budget project
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Budget component
Edit a project
Scroll to Proposals - Select proposal
Search proposal, by ID for exemple
System shows circle loading icon... and that's all.

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen:
We expect system to return the proposal searched in order be able to select it and relate it to the project.
Decidim Version: 0.24.3
Decidim installation: decidim.barcelona

Additional information:
We have notice that there's a 500 error on console.

Thanks for the report. I can't reproduce this one locally.

As this could be related to the number of proposals, I've created more than 10K proposals in a local installation to check if that was it. I was able to search for a proposal that was in the listing and for a proposal that was outside the listing too.

A couple suggestions to try:

Update to a newer release like v0.26
This could be related to a single proposal that's making the rest fail. This information should be available in the exception tracking system that you're using (Airbrake, Sentry, Rollbar, etc)

Tested on 0.26
We have been able to relate a proposal as you can see on: https://preprod.decidim.barcelona/processes/PressupostosParticipatius/f/4517/budgets/5/projects/69
But it could be that because the images were not loaded correctly in the migration, this facilitates the relationship.
We will test again when we migrate the production space.
Let's not close this issue yet in case it is a performance issue.

As this is already solved, I'll mark it as accepted and solved, so it's easy to keep track and filter the new unsolved issues. If you find out that it's related to images then we can change the bug report state of course!
