In this session we will discuss all aspects of technology governance. For example, the role of the product team, the definition of the roadmap, etc.

Topics:

• Rules for governing the Propose New Features process (including digital and in-person proposals)

• Rules and process for determining the product road map (defining the interactions between the Technical Office, Coordination Committee, and General Assembly of the Association)

• Rules and process for accepting features and/or modules into the core (defining the interactions between the TO, CC, and GA)

• Rules and/or guidance on interoperability/dependency management and defining decision-making/delegation on these matters
