Add the option of configuration for call to action button on assemblies and processes cards

IIt would be interesting to have the possibility of configuring the route for call to action button on assemblies and processes cards, on the same way as call to action button is configurable for phases on processes, so you can link directly to the component open to or aviable for participation on each moment.
