Add a "From Label" to SMTP settings

When configuring SMTP settings for a tenant, we can just configure the sender email adress, but not the label of the sender.

This dev is already available on OSP v0.18.

Describe the solution you'd like

As a super admin, when configuring SMTP settings in /system, I want to be able to enter a "From label" so the participants receiving notifications can easily identify the platform.

Does this issue could impact on users private data? No
