Initiatives promoter committee invitation enhancement

When the author of an initiative wants to invite people to help her promote her initiative, she is given an inivitation link. This link can be used by anyone to join the promoter committee.

The problem is that, when entered in the URL field, if the user isn't registered nor connected, she is redirected to the homepage with the following error message : "You are not authorized to perform this action" (https://imgur.com/gYYjxwt).

So the person has to sign in or sign up, and then re-enter the URL link to see the right screen (https://imgur.com/pxNEPyT).

Describe the solution you'd like

As a person who wants to join the promoter committee of an initiative, I'd like to be able to ask to be part of the committee first, and if I'm not registered or connected, to be asked to sign in or sign up with a modal to validate the request.
