Online meetings proposals

Sorry for the delay about the online meetings proposals! Here are the ideas we collected at Open Source Politics.

Describe the solution you'd like

For distance decision-making, we thought about using new tools in order to ask direct questions to participants and follow results in real time, with percentages, pie charts or tag clouds (for free texts).

Another way to improve the meetings component could be to modify the "Closing meetings" feature by making some fields optional (like Attending organizations) and by facilitating the selection of the linked proposals.

In order to enhance engagement, we could also add participants avatars on the meeting page.
