Add "my activity" filter section on meeting index

As a user that created a meeting it's not easy to find my meetings in the meeting index

For consistency, now that users can create meetings I suggest that we add a "My activity" filter like there is in the proposals and initiatives index so that the user can easily find the meetings they created.

Does this issue could impact on users private data?
