Cambios en "Total number of orders for the budget component"

As admin, I want to see the total number of orders from all budgets. Currently you must click every budget separately, write down budget's orders, go to another budgets, write down that budget's orders and so on.. Finally do calculations by hand.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

In budget component view, show finished and pending orders of all budgets.
