Cambios en "Allow user to know which link it already visited"

When browsing an index on Decidim it's frustrating not to be able to tell which proposal I already visited.

Describe the solution you'd like

Like on most website I'd like Decidim to use a:visited attribute which makes links turn into another color (usually purple) after clicking on a link.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Using opacity of 50% on the link you already clicked but it might not be too accessible.

Does this issue could impact on users private data?
