Let admins edit in the backend meetings that they created in the frontend (and vice-versa)

It is now possible for users to create meetings but they can't be edited afterwards by an admin. Fair enough but even a meeting created by an admin through the frontend form can't be edited in the admin panel.
In the same way, a meeting created in the admin panel by an admin can't be edited in the frontend.

Admins should be able to edit their own meetings and official meetings from both the frontend form and admin panel form.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe let admins edit user-created meetings as well? This is a recurring need due to small mistakes in the event information. This could be done in a traceable way.
Could this issue impact users private data?
