Add conditional new field "Set as required field" when admin enable "Scopes" in the component configuration form

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A customer wants users to fill in a component's scope field on a mandatory basis, to keep discussions and other sections organized and easier to search in the future. This field should be conditionally displayed only when the administrator enables scopes for any component.

Describe the solution you'd like
The solution is to add a new checkbox field "Set as required field" that should be conditionally displayed only when the admin enables scopes for any component.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The alternatives are much more expensive and don't quite solve the problem (for example, they make it possible to filter content with custom fields created by the Awesome Module, where you can define any field as required)
