Cambios en "Apply filters to exports"

Currently, when you apply filters to projects, proposals, or other filterable elements in the back office and then click on the "export" button, the exported data does not take into account the applied filters. This means that the exported data includes all the elements, regardless of the filters you have set.

Describe the solution you'd like
The desired solution is to ensure that when a filter is applied to a specific type of content in the back office, the same filter should also be applied to the exports of that content. This way, the exported data will only include the elements that match the applied filters, providing consistency between the filtered view and the exported data.
