Changes at "Put the language selection in the header (desktop)"

Currently, the language option only appears in the footer. If users don’t scroll down, they are unaware that other languages are available. On mobile, I have some doubts because users are more accustomed to scrolling down.

Currently, the language option only appears in the footer. If users don’t scroll down, they are unaware that other languages are available. On mobile, I have some doubts because users are more accustomed to scrolling down.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The proposal—which is becoming quite unified—is to place the language selection in the header. On mobile, decidim.barcelona has solved this by including it in the hamburger menu. This works well if there are only a few languages, but if there are many, it might lose consistency.
