Improvements to Surveys

The second iteration of the component must allow:

1.- Improve options for some types of questions:

• For multiple choice questions, be able to limit the number of options to choose from.
• Add option "Other" (open text field "in the dropdown and multi-response question type.
• Enrich a question statement with the option to add images, video, HTML.
• Incorporate images as response options.
• Horizontal view of possible answers for questions such as: - YES [] No [] NS / NC []; - Value from 1 to 10: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10; - among others;

2.- Add more question types:

• Drop-down list (user chooses a value from a drop-down list)
• Scale (you are asked to assign a score on a numerical scale, the limits can be customized, for example from 1 to 5 or from 1 to 10. To avoid confusion we can add a description to the limits)
• Matrix

3.- Attach files.

4.- Show results with graphics.
