Proposa noves funcionalitats

There is a new version of Decidim, but it is not just any version!

Decidim is now a complete democratic system, with all the necessary components for any organization to use.

In this version there are substantial improvements in:

The design

• The card system of all the components has been improved, adding more interactive elements from the card browser (endorse, comment, follow, etc.).
• The public profile page has been significantly improved, with activity feeds from the participant, following cards and followers.

The Assemblies

• You can add members to an Assembly. These members may or may not be existing users. #3008, #3302
• Also, If a participant is a member of an Assembly, her membership is shown from her personal profile. #3410

The meetings

• The meetings also include several improvements, for example, you can add services available for a meeting (care, accessibility, sign language, etc.). #3136
• The management of minutes and agendas is also incorporated. #3213
