Context: After a few months of being discussing this topic, we finally have been able to move forward with our lawyers. Furthermore, the Swiss people already written a proposal for the Statuses of this Swiss Association that you can consult on Metadecidim (under the related documents section): gid://metadecidim/Decidim::Proposals::Proposal/17859#comments-for-Proposal-17859
Finally, our lawyers (Across Legal) had written a text for the Trademark agreement that would regulate the use of Decidim’s trademark by those international Associations.

To do: We should discuss what to do with the pending texts and if we want to work to get that done for the Fest.
The Technical Office, already defined an Implementation Plan for the Internal Regulations already approved: Internal Regulations Implementation Plan
To do: The CC needs to prepare the GA that will take place during Decidim Fest, defining the agenda and which topics we want to discuss.
As we have approved the Salary Scale, I want to discuss with the CC how we manage the process for Executive Direction salary review.
Inform about the steps taken on this regard. We have convened a working meeting for October.
