Product Roadmap

In this session, we’ll kick-off the new phase of the roadmap process and turn the strategic directions chosen by the community into feature proposals that will guide the development work for the coming cycle.

• Strategic directions & dynamic (10 min)
  We’ll briefly introduce the top-voted strategic directions and explain how we’ll work around them today.

• Group work by directions (55 min)
  Participants split into groups, one per strategic direction.
  Start by reflecting:

  When we accomplish this strategic direction, Decidim will be different because…

  Then, move into drafting feature proposals that can make it happen.
  Co-authorship is encouraged, work together to combine different perspectives!

• Share back (20 min)
  Each group presents their proposals to the full session.

• Close-out (5 min)
  Wrap-up and next steps for publishing and refining the proposals on Metadecidim.
