Decidim faces a new challenge: how can the platform also empower organisations and social movements driving change? In this hands-on session, we will explore in groups functionalities that must be added to the platform for bringing Decidim closer to those working at the forefront of social transformation. The output of this workshop will be presented at MozFest on Friday 7th November.

Objectives of the workshop

Pre-workshop:

- Identify and define the specific needs of organizations and social movements that use Decidim.

During the workshop:

Present the identified needs, contextualized within a real case.

Collaboratively design and prototype the features in Decidim that address the identified needs.

- Have a specific backlog of features for social organizations, along with a proposed workflow and prototype.
