En esta charla introduciremos varios sistemas sociotécnicos para la gobernanza de las personas refugiadas y migrantes que utilizan tanto organizaciones internacionales como la Unión Europea y sus estados miembro. Trataremos de identificar qué políticas implementan estos sistemas, si con ellas se pueden o podrían garantizar derechos, o si por el contrario son una pieza más que contribuye a la estigmatización, exclusión y opresión de las poblaciones migrantes mediante mecanismos de criminalización, identificación y ordenación social.

En aquesta xerrada introduirem diversos sistemes sociotècnics per a la governança de les persones refugiades i migrants que utilitzen tant les organitzacions internacionals com la Unió Europea i els seus estats membres. Tractarem d’identificar quines polítiques implementen aquests sistemes, si amb elles es poden o podrien garantitzar drets, o si pel contrari són una peça més que contribueix a l'estigmatització, exclusió i opressió de les poblacions migrants mitjançant mecanismes de criminalització, identificació i ordenació social.
