Feedback needed after Endorsing

When the Endorse button is clicked it is confusing ... nothing seems to happen. One needs to refresh the page to see the "Already Endorsed" text appear and the endorsement section appear. The participant that clicks on the endorsement button should be given some feedback for his/her action, at least the "Already Endorsed" should appear on the button. BTW: the new endorsement feature Rocks!
