Shared data between organization

Hi ! Last week we reported a bug on users from all organizations being displayed in /admin/officializations. This was fixed promptly by Marc (thanks 😊), but I just realized that users were not the only data being shared and displayed between organizations. It's also the case for scopes as you can see in the screencapture below. In the capture I show a list of scopes coming form another organization and on the sides the org I'm currently working on which has no scopes.
