Counter intuitive verification Lock icons

In the user's account/Authorizations. When you have a verification pending the lock icon appears locked. After verifying, the icon appears unlocked. This is very confusing because all security related features in software use just the opposite metaphor: the icon appears unlocked when you don't have the security think, and the icon appears locked when you are secured. I find this is a PX bug.
