Some activity types are never shown on activities block/page

Types not shown are Assembly, Consultation, Initiative and Participatory process.This is specially relevant in the 'all activities' page, where those types can even be selected in the left side filter, to always result in an empty list.All the affected types are Participable and don't have a participatory_space.
