Not authorized view od the question components

In Consultations component after adding Question, I wanted to add some Components to it (Blog or Page). After adding and publishing them I can see tabs directing to them, but can not enter.

Flash message returned says: You are not authorized to perform this action

I work on Decidim 0.21.0

I replicated bug on try.decidim.org

Question with Page component is available under this url: https://try.decidim.org/questions/urlop

It should be possible to view those components when they are published.
