Canvis a "User groups cannot adjust proposals"

When I submit a proposals in the name of a user group, I cannot edit the proposal when I have the "Allow editing proposals for an infinite amount of time"-setting enabled. It does however work when I submit a proposal as my own user (as to be expected ;-) ). This has nothing to do with proposal amendments.

Can anyone reproduce this? I have attached an image of what is displayed of the submitted proposal by a user group.
